Autumn Term OEAP‑Accredited EVC and EVC Refresher Training – Spaces Available

We are pleased to confirm that places are now available on our autumn term Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) and EVC Refresher training courses. Both sessions are delivered online by an Outdoor Education Advisors’ Panel (OEAP) accredited trainer.

EVC Refresher Training

This three hour refresher course is designed for experienced EVCs who need to:

• Update their knowledge of current OEAP guidance;

• Refresh best practice approaches; and

• Maintain compliance and confidence in their role.

Like the full course, the refresher is delivered online via Teams for ease of access.

Thursday 10th September, 9:00am to 4:30pm, delivered on Teams

EVC Refresher Training

Friday 18th September, 9:00am – 12:30pm, delivered on Teams.

This comprehensive six hour course is ideal for:

• Staff newly appointed as EVCs;

• Staff seeking a complete, up to date understanding of visit planning, compliance and best practice;

• Staff whose previous EVC training expired more than three months ago; and is

• Delivered entirely via Teams, the course provides the essential knowledge needed to effectively coordinate and oversee educational visits.
